1975-Present Hi-Line, Inc., Dallas, TX – CEO of an industrial distribution, third generation, family business. Hi-Line distributes industrial parts and provides inventory management services to over 7,000 U.S. companies (aviation, heavy equipment, railroad, fleet, medical, military, marine, and power generating).

Brian Grzymkowski serves as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Hi-Line. In this role, Mr. Grzymkowski maintains responsibility for all of the company’s financial and administrative activities. Mr. Grzymkowski has over 25 years of experience in financial operations. Prior to joining Hi-Line in 1992 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Grzymkowski held a variety of executive level positions with Unisys Corporation including his last position as the Controller of Power and Cable operations over their Dallas, Montreal, and Guadalajara plants.
Mr. Grzymkowski is a licensed CPA and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Wayne State University and his MBA from Golden Gate University, and is an active member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Pete Murdock serves as the Vice President of Recruiting and Staffing for Hi-Line. In this role, Mr. Murdock is responsible for the expansion of the company’s mobile store operations through the recruitment and hiring of new Territory Management personnel. Mr. Murdock has extensive experience in franchise development and personnel staffing having worked as an International Franchisee Developer for Pizza Inn from 1988 through 1990 where he was responsible for concept development, sales and training. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Murdock owned three Schlotzsky’s Sandwich Shops, and from 1995 to 2003 he served as the Operations Manager for Snelling Personnel in Dallas.
Mr. Murdock attended the University of Dallas, and with his wife, Traci, is active in Flyball and other dog sports.

Andy Ray is a 15-year veteran in the wholesale distribution industry. As Hi-Line’s Vice President of Operations he is responsible for all sourcing, inventory management, physical distribution and customer fulfillment operations. Prior to joining Hi-Line, Mr. Ray was a consultant in operational best practices and execution solutions for independent wholesale distributors throughout the United States. He has also served as a regional and national supply chain leader for General Electric distribution operations.
Mr. Ray is a veteran of The United States Marine Corps, is certified in Six Sigma and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas at Dallas.
